- The service. Éclat provides at-home, low-impact bodyweight workout plans and related content for general fitness.
- Health disclaimer. Éclat is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, injury, or are pregnant. You participate at your own risk and should stop if you feel unwell.
- Subscriptions & billing. Subscriptions are billed through Hotmart on a recurring basis (monthly or weekly, as selected) until you cancel. Prices and any introductory offers are shown at checkout. Cancel anytime in your Hotmart account; cancellation stops future charges.
- Refunds. We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, handled through Hotmart/our support.
- Results. Individual results vary and depend on your effort and consistency. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Some imagery is AI-generated and for illustrative purposes.
- Intellectual property. All content (plans, videos, text, branding) is owned by Éclat and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.
- Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, share your account, or access it unlawfully.
- Disclaimers & liability. The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept them.
